Serra do Larouco is born in 1979 ,as a small family business .With the intention of preparing sausages,hams and cured meats, pork , for a small circle of customers coming.From the beginning our philosophy has been to create a product of great quality , you don't lose the essence of the traditional flavors of home. For this purpose we had to control our entire process from beginning to end.
So as in 1984 we create our own pig farms CUBASE SL. With the intention to select, in line with our development,the best animals according to their characteristics.
In the year 2000,we expand and improve our facilities,to respond to a larger market, which from different points of Spain and other countries demanded our products.
Since then and until today ,we continue with a firm step,improving the quality and the service of all that we do,to try to adapt to all our customers, you are without a doubt ,our most valuable asset.
