Pairing Appetizers, white meat, poultry, salmon, fish in the oven, fish blue and white.
Tasting notes: DEUTZ – DEUTZ BIG BRUT CLASSIC (CHAMPAGNE)
- View: Its golden color scintillates in the glass, with a fine string of bubbles being born gently to the surface.
- Nose: First impressions on the nose are melosas and reminiscent of acacia flowers, confectionery, russet and brioche.
- Mouth: The wine gains in volume and its silky texture reveals a exultant balance between the freshness of the Chardonnay with the fruitiness and structure of Pinot Noir and a touch of the vinosidad of the Pinot Meunier.
In 1838 the Maison Deutz was born as a project of interpersonal two young entrepreneurs in Aachen, Pierre-Hubert Geldermann and William Deutz. Established a philosophy of total commitment that made their champagnes were quickly appreciated in the whole of Europe.
