The cellar-mansion of Bach began to set in 1918. The work was carried out under the direction of architect José María Sala, who prior to the start of construction toured the main areas of wine production of Italy and France to find models in which reflected.
After the acquisition of Bach by the Codorníu Group, there were a series of expansions and renovations that gave it its current form from the cellar. In 1988, the architect, Domingo Triay projected a new bottling hall and expedition and in the 2001, he built a barrel room. The changes have always respected the guidelines of the original construction.
