White wine Tandem – Inmácula
Inmácula In Latin, without stain. A different white fermented in French oak and kept on its fine lees for three months to gain texture and complexity.
After you remove the stems, the grapes macerated whole for a few hours in the tank.
Sangramos the first wort and filled the barrels 300 liter French oak where it ferments at a temperature of 17-18 ºC
Once the fermentation is finished we start with the daily bâtonnage, the process in which we mix the wine with the lees in order to get more volume in the mouth.

- View: Golden yellow.
- Nose: Very fine, showing aromas of apricot, money, white flowers and an elegant mineral touch.
- Mouth: Has a soft entry on the palate, it is expressive, long and persistent.
Company Wine Tandem it was founded in January of 2003 by Alicia Eyaralar, José María Fraile and a small group of family and friends, wine lovers.
After a long career in development and marketing of wines, first together and then separately in different warehouses, he was born the concern of undertaking a Tandem flight.
Tandem means, in Latin, “at last” and represents the aspiration of its two partners, promoters, fulfilling a lifelong dream and mission that have been entrusted to you is the following, to quote his own words:
“Our mission is to make our work and dedication to great wines and to make Tandem a benchmark of quality in the DO Navarra. We work with humility, and not sparing any efforts to be very consistent at each harvest, thinking only improve and project confidence.
Our commitment is to follow the path that we have set, a different way to the rest, that stands for the respect of nature, the mimo exquisite in everything we do, and the work with the minimum intervention possible. All with the goal of making elegant wines with personality, that express the character of the land where they are born and they get the full satisfaction of our customers”.
The wines of this winery are vegan, because they are sustainable viticulture and a philosophy of minimal intervention.
