Albariño / Rias Baixas: Counts Albarei – Oak Galician
Elaboration Best run juice are selected to ferment in Bordeaux barrels new oak Galician, where they remain with their lees for a period of about four months and "batonnage", moved from the daily lees. After bottling remains for a few months in bottle before going to market. Tasting notes Lemon yellow with golden reflections. The nose has a good aromatic intensity, where the ripe fruit typical of the grape variety combine, with the typical aromas of barrel aging, as spicy, coffee, vanilla and coconut. The palate is very dense, glyceric, long and great aromatic persistence. -

Description: Grape selection field. A very rainy spring Cambados preceded a cool, wet summer until mid-August. Then the sun shone brightly and temperatures exceeded the average, allowing a very good, although later, grape ripening. Cata: Fruity aromas of apple and peach, Atlantic with flowers and herbs fine. Elegant and spacious, very fresh and fruity, long finish.
