- View: Wine of cherry red color with nuances of garnet and mild orange tones in the trim, very well
preserved. High layer, well covered, clean and bright. Shows a tear abundant and very
well when you shake the cup.
- Nose: Vino limpio y franco, a great aromatic intensity. Its aroma, of red and black fruits, fruits of the forest, you must…is integrated with the light touches of toasted, smoked, caramel and spices, contributed by its aging in barrels of French.
- Mouth: Very well-balanced wine, powerful and with good acidity. The tannins present, they are sweet, envelopes and are perfectly polished. After the sip leaves a long memory, with good persistence, appearing for the retronasal aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and lightly toasted.
The winery
714 Ezar Organic Wines is the project, personal and business, two of la rioja, Óscar Arpón Ochoa and Santi Ezquerro Marín, united in the same dream as themselves, they explain in their website:
“We are dos la rioja, moved by a dream, we share a football field to win victories over the years…we came together and we share a field. Atime surrounded by organic vineyards from that we extract the best grapes to bring you the best wines.
Each day we work our vineyards, hoping for the best from nature in order to then develop the best organic wines. We pay our vineyards by branches from the own vineyard. We protect our vineyards from possible fungi by a careful planting of vines which facilitates circulation of the air. Further, the increase of the diversity both within and around the vineyard, it preserves and enriches”.
