Assembly of fifty Crus different, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut it is a true reflection of the quality and diversity of the wine tradition of the Maison. This assemblage is the balance between consistency of style Perrier-Jouët and the effects of the climatology of the year. With the addition of between a 12 and 20% of reserve wines, the cuvée Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is dominated by elegance and finesse of Chardonnay (20%) from the best vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. The delicacy of its structure comes from the Pinot Noir (40%) harvested mainly in the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, but also in the best Crus of the region
Dawn, as Les Riceys. The Pinot Meunier (40%) the Vallée de la Marne brings harmony, a fruity character and roundness to the wine.

Tasting notes: PERRIER JOUËT – PERRIER JOUËT GRAND BRUT (CHAMPAGNE)

  • View: Mantle pale, of yellow brightness, and suggestive vivacity.
  • Nose: Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a delicate wine, elegant and balanced. The surprising freshness
    and vivacity of its floral aromas and fruity (yellow fruits and fresh fruit) take body before give way to a subtle notes of vanilla and butter, giving to this wine a fruity character and consistent. Notes of red plum, lemon and bergamot shimmer before giving the prominence to the flowers of fruit trees such as lime and honeysuckle. Then, emerge notes of butter, magdalena and sugar avainillado. A few lingering flashes of grapefruit, white peach, green pear, apple and hazelnut green rounded your taste.
