- Salmon pink color. The nose is very delicate with floral notes of violet and fruity hints of freshly picked strawberries and blackberries.. Spicy ginger notes also come into play. The attack is fresh and the finish is very smooth.

Epernay, 1811: the wedding of Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adèle Jouët, illuminates the birth of the Maison Perrier-Jouët.
