Description

Tasting note by Dom Perignon Rosé

In nariz Dom Perignon Rose 2005 is presented clearly, with a spectacular bouquet. The intensity and initial freshness of the red fruits – gooseberry and wild strawberry – complemented by warm notes of dry hay, blood orange and cocoa.

In the mouth the attack is soft and enveloping, but it is precision that gives off the final sensation. The chiseled integrity of this wine, intense and penetrating is prolonged thanks to the unexpected nuance of citrus green that distinguishes this vintage.

Dom Pérignon, the Champagne created in 1936 by the House Moët and Chandon as a tribute to the emblematic figure of the wines of this area, It is the most famous "prestigious" cuvée in the world. Tradition and perfection meet in this Champagne that combines the elegance and vivacity of Chardonnay with the character and persistence of Pinot Noir.
