From the moment the wine fills the mouth with its structure and smoothness. It is dense and very meaty, if chews, and touches of minerality with his fresh acidity, we provide intense, pleasant and long finish. Albariño Santiago Ruiz ( 2016) Magnum 1.5L
The conjunction of several indigenous strains of O Rosal vineyard, presents Albariño Santiago Ruiz O.D.. Rias Baixas. Its distinctive yellow color with greenish reflections show, clearly, one of the best and most prestigious brands of wines from Galicia, both quality, and exquisite flavor. In its manufacturing process, after macerated different varieties (Albariño, greater proportion, mixed with Loureiro, Caiño White, Treixadura and Godello), grapes are pressed under controlled pressure in an automatic press. Then, followed by fermentation, reared on lees. Hence, final result: a live taste, powerful and well-structured. Albariño: Mar de Frades Albariño Magnum
Mar de Frades Albariño Magnum, 1,5L DEVELOPMENT: The grapes harvested in season , crossing selection belts where clusters that are not "perfect" separate. The final step is saline, with mineral notes and a reminder of ginger mixed with feelings of lychees and other exotic fruits. -
