Nice to Meet You Sebastian is part of the collection launched by Adegas Castrobrey to celebrate their 30 years of operation. Every add wants to be a tribute to a city with which the winery keeps a special relationship. This year has been the turn of san Sebastian. The grapes of Nice to Meet You Sebastian comes from selected strains of the upper area of the farm cellar. The soils are clayey-loamy and base-granite. After the harvest, the grains of Albariño macerated 12th of temperature on fine lees Godello and Treixadura. This process lasts about two months, during which they are performed battonages weekly. After this phase, the different varieties are assembled, and begin a minimum of six months in stainless steel tanks.
