First and only wine qualified as Breeding in the Denomination of Origin Valdeorras in Galicia. It is a wine of a very limited production which is our ultimate pride, whose grapes have been selected in a rigorous way in centuries-old vineyards. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and other 12 months between preparation and bottle, achieving a perfect balance where the fruit blends with the funds toasty oak. Cherry red, with edges garnets. Intense aroma, rich in fruit expression and mineral, background toasted wood and ripe fruit. Mouth tasty, tannins are very mature and appropriate acidity, concentrate, memories of ripe clusters, skins. Long and elegant. -

59€ / Out | Make a Sun of Caray 2013 It is a wine conceived in the D.O. Ribeiro with the triumvirate of great Galician indigenous grapes: Treixadura, Albariño and Godello. A wine made from a selection of grapes from vines located in the socalcos or more favored terraces of our vineyard planted in 1892 and they have been produced entirely in the cask 500 liters, awareness brought to a tiny grove of Burgundy. After eight months of aging in new wood, the resulting wine has been refined in bottle to marketing. -
