Wine Godeval Revival
Bodegas Godeval presents this limited series of 6.600 bottles, result of the selection of the grapes, from his vineyard iconic “Pancho”, one of the most ancient of the property, and marked by its soil, slate and a special microclimate, within the Atlantic climate continental that affects the region ourensana de Valdeorras. Godeval Revival manifested throughout the component and aromatic taste of the variety godello, once submitted the grapes, a process of criomaceración. The definition of the parameters of this process were defined after the execution, during 3 years old, of a Project I+D, in collaboration with the EVEGA (Station of Viticulture and Oenology of Galicia).Tasting Godeval Revival
Cata: The color dresses yellow with many green hues, friendly and fresh view. Nose stresses its aromatic intensity and great personality. Godeval Cepas Vellas wine
Godeval Strains vella White wine, noble, approximately 13 degrees alcohol, single variety that evolves well in the bottle and improves with the passage of time. Young wine, lightweight and with a taste pleasant which attracts by its softness in the mouth. Clean and bright, color purplish red; on the nose, reminiscent of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. Terras gouda La Mar. 2017 , albariño wine We start with a grape of poor production, the least productive Galician white varieties. The Caíño is a variety of long cycle and late ripening. An important wine under Caíño is its ability to extract the most of the characteristics of the terroir where it is located. Nice to Meet You Sebastian is part of the collection launched by Adegas Castrobrey to celebrate their 30 years of operation. Every add wants to be a tribute to a city with which the winery keeps a special relationship. This year has been the turn of san Sebastian. The grapes of Nice to Meet You Sebastian comes from selected strains of the upper area of the farm cellar. The soils are clayey-loamy and base-granite. FLAVIA Roandi is a fresh wine, live, young. It comes from our own vineyards, of new plantations, where the predominant grape MENCÍA (85%) and a combination of native varieties. FLAVIA takes its name from a nearby place, where the Route of the Road Winter of the Camino de Santiago runs through part of their vineyards. The plantations are new, less than 10 years old, in a field dominated by the slate slabs and the xistos. After the manual selection of the grapes, the processing is done in stainless steel tanks, then going on to a aging in American Oak barrels of 5 months. After a period of resting in bottle, comes out to the market to show its freshness and vividness. Clear and bright, middle layer, shades of youth. It has an aromatic intensity average, highlighting the red fruits, you must, currants; light touch dairy and fruit happens (figs). Soft wood, american oak. Entry into soft mouth, with candied fruit.
