59€ / Out | Make a Sun of Caray 2013 It is a wine conceived in the D.O. Ribeiro with the triumvirate of great Galician indigenous grapes: Treixadura, Albariño and Godello. A wine made from a selection of grapes from vines located in the socalcos or more favored terraces of our vineyard planted in 1892 and they have been produced entirely in the cask 500 liters, awareness brought to a tiny grove of Burgundy. After eight months of aging in new wood, the resulting wine has been refined in bottle to marketing. -

Wine Mencia Sácrima 2018
Sacrima pertenece a la D.O. Ribeira Sacra, specifically the subarea Amandi. It is a red wine 100% Mencia and having an output 60.000 bottles. Has a middle layer covered cherry red with violet reflection, clean and bright. It is a seductive wine, with varietal nose, clean and fruity, predominance of red fruit aromas with. Mineral nose. The taste is soft. Well combined and balanced, structure, reminds again red fruit aromas, persistent, with broad aftertaste. -
Moure Tradition Barrel 2014
Elaboration: Grapes from old vines and granitic soils and calcareous-slate, selected vintage and manual selection table at the entrance of winery, alcoholic fermentation with scrape on Tinos conical French oak with hand bazuqueos, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels with battonage, and aging on its lees for 6 months. Natural filtration without clarifying.
