Rosé wine elaborated with grapes of the variety Tempranillo and Garnacha, grape depalillada and hand-selected, using selection tables and vibration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts specially selected low temperature in stainless steel tanks, together with their lees. Bottled, avoiding as far as possible, oxidation, in the month of February.
