Ribeiro Wine White Viña Uzal
White wine of Bright Yellow color, Varietal and Complex that you will enjoy drinking it as much as us to be able to make it. Produced by controlled fermentation and maceration in cold of the varieties treixadura and torrontes. Cellar Vineyard Uzal is a family project of recent creation, it takes several generations making wine in Beade, Province of Ourense. This project consists in the selection of the best grapes, coming out of areas medium high village, where the water they get is little, and carrying little strains, getting so little grapes of each strain, but ensuring excellent quality of the grapes produced. Another feature of the vineyards is its antiquity, with some of more of 60 years old. All the defined characteristics, we have to have a pretty limited, a 5.000 bottles of white wine and 400 red (2017), worrying about the quality not the quantity. -

DONA DELFINA PINK, it is wine pink quiet of Roandi. Elaborated from selected grapes of MENCIA and ALBARELLO, he made a maceration at low temperature and a light pressing to get the bright color characteristic of this wine. Wine Dona Delfina Godello 2016 – Roandi
Made with the variety GODELLO, one of the oldest varieties in the world. The wines of this variety, are the wines very structured, broad and long on the aftertaste. The vineyards lie on land that dominate the slate slabs and the xistos. Orientation south, and altitude between 500-600 meters. DONA DELFINA, is prepared by selecting strictly the grape, adjusting pre-production in strain to not more than 3 kg/strain, with appropriate pressures for the obtaining of the wine, yolk of great quality. The processing is done in stainless steel tanks and after a period of resting in bottle, comes out to the market to show its freshness and vividness. Straw-yellow colour, bright. Aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, on a background of aromatic herbs. Refreshing. In the mouth repeats the sensations of the nose, large entrance, very fruity and fresh. Persistent in the mouth, with a bitter end, characteristic of the variety GODELLO. The grapes of Nice to Meet You Sebastian comes from selected strains of the upper area of the farm cellar. The soils are clayey-loamy and base-granite.
